Yes, I remember that moon-shaped building where they were clearly selling bread, but they also sometimes had dancers or shows on top of that building. However, I never heard it called the Witches' Pavilion. I'm not sure about that little alley and doorway behind it. In one of the pictures, you see a man in a chair; some areas' management would sit there, or some other rich person. They would guard some areas on the Midway, restricted for performers and such.

Nobody knew me. I remember telling people I was an orphan. I can picture my room, and I could even show you where it was on a map. I did a lot of stunts to get that room, even tried spying, and the balloon crashed because we fought (a spy incident) when it was in the air. They caught me and tried to throw me off.
